Located in Rochester’s Aqueduct District, this five-story, 65,000-sq. ft. building constructed in 1964 was the headquarters for Central Trust Bank. It’s been converted into 24 upscale apartments with Class A commercial space on the first floor. It’s all within walking distance of the Blue Cross Arena, Dinosaur BBQ and Corn Hill Landing, and a bike ride away from URMC and the University of Rochester. Its mid-century vibe was carefully restored, and it’s now considered a historic building in Rochester’s landscape.
